Energize and Regain Your Health

 

A well-constructed one hour workout designed to improve the way you feel about your health, body and balance.  The class is at an introductory/medium level and participants will work at their own pace and within their comfort range.  The goal is to help increase strength, flexibility and better balance as the variety of exercises experienced onthe GTS will increase muscle mass and bone density
